- Appointed to Buffalo City Court Bench, by Hon. Anthony M. Masiello, in November 2002.
- Elected to Buffalo City Court Bench, November 2003, Current
- Appointed Acting Erie County Court Judge, effective 2007, Current
- Presided over the Domestic Violence Court from 2007 through 2009
- Appointed Acting Erie County Family Court Judge, effective 2009, Current
- Former Family Court Support Magistrate 1999 through 2002
- From 1988 through 1998, established a regional practice throughout the Eighth Judicial District and beyond, concentrating in the areas of Matrimonial & Family Law and Real Estate. Also handled cases in the area of Estates & Trusts, Personal Injury, Commercial Litigation, Medical Malpractice and Criminal Law. Handled cases in the Supreme and/or Family Courts of nine (9) counties. Argued several appeals to the Appellate Division, 4th Department.
